The Inclusion Firm is a global consulting practice that focuses on integrating inclusive strategies into nonprofit and philanthropic environments.
The Inclusion Firm brings a wealth of experience and distinction to your work. We are inclusive nonprofit and philanthropic experts who have spent decades as industry leaders adapting “best practices” into “better practices.”
As current and former nonprofit leaders, we understand the nuances of the nonprofit world and every team member’s role. We know what your day is like, we are aware of typical policies and procedures, and we are knowledgeable of national models and frameworks.
