Rodney O. Parks

Rodney O. Parks (he/him), Senior Consultant, currently serves as the Executive Director of Principal Gifts at the University of Cincinnati Foundation. He has over 25 years of relationship management experience in higher education, financial services, and investments and is a subject matter expert on the impacts of diverse wealth transfers. He has experience securing multi-million donations for capital campaigns and is a sought-after thought leader in planned and principal gifts. Rodney is an award-winning global speaker and a recipient of the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) Crystal Apple Award in teaching. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Arkansas Tech University, and an MBA from Baker University. 

He has co-chaired DEI initiatives at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and served in various volunteer capacities, such as the past chair of the Banking Board of the State of Arkansas, past president of the Arkansas Tech University Alumni Association, and past chief fundraiser of the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Foundation. He is a dedicated mentor to many in the fundraising profession and has a track record of delivering results.
