Angelique Grant, Ph. D., brings unique perspective to diversity in the advancement field to the podcast. Angelique spent 15 years in major gift and executive leadership roles in Advancement working at institutions such as Princeton University and most recently Florida International University. She now serves as a Sr. Consultant with the Aspen Leadership Group (ALG), a leading consulting and executive recruitment firm specializing in field of philanthropy.

Angelique has been actively involved in local groups and national committees dedicated to helping diversify Advancement throughout her career. Now she’s part of the team leading the Diversity Partnership at ALG, which is working to increase the diversity of talent in the advancement shops across higher education.
